Sean Pointon is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Paragon Orchestra, leading client strategy, engagement delivery, and business operations.

Prior to founding Paragon Orchestra, Sean was an Investment Banking Analyst at The Royal Bank of Canada in New York, covering U.S. Consumer and Retail with experience on M&A and capital markets transactions totalling more than $5bn in enterprise value. He previously worked in private equity at Transcend Healthcare Partners and Montage Partners, and in M&A advisory at martinwolf. He is also a former National Flagship Scholar under the U.S. Department of Defense's National Security Education Program.

Prior to founding Paragon Orchestra, Nereida was a Software Engineer at Cobalt Water Global building production data pipelines, a Data Scientist at Titanium Intelligent Solutions developing AI-driven operational systems, and an AI4ALL fellow training computer vision models for drone-based search and rescue operations.
