> Paragon Orchestra is a custom AI development firm that builds in-house AI systems businesses own outright, rather than SaaS subscriptions. ## Our engagement process

1. **Discovery Call** — a 30–60 minute conversation to understand the operation, identify where the highest-value opportunities likely sit, and determine mutual fit.
2. **Strategy Presentation** — we return with a proposed direction and rough estimate for what's worth building.
3. **Technical Audit** — deep workflow mapping, including recordings and edge case analysis, ending in an exact design and fixed-scope price for the build.
4. **Build** — fixed-scope development against agreed success criteria, with continuous demos so the client sees progress throughout rather than at the end.
5. **Deployment & Handoff** — go-live in the client's environment, with the client's team trained on how to operate the system day-to-day.
6. **Optional monthly retainer** — ongoing monitoring, maintenance, and refinements as the business evolves. Recommended but not required.

## Data and security

Systems run on the client's infrastructure — their servers or their cloud account. When our systems use external AI providers, we use enterprise API terms that contractually prohibit those providers from training on or retaining client data. Encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access controls, audit logging, and full documentation trails are built in from the start. Clients own all access credentials and can revoke our access after deployment.
